Raspbian 20171129正式发布下载了，看版本号发布时间为2017年11月29日，它是一款针对Raspberry Pi专门优化、基于Debian Linux的Raspbian OS。它面向Raspberry Pi硬件（armhf处理器架构）而做了优化。
Raspbian介绍 Raspbian OS对浮点运算有更好的支持，能为用户带来更快的上网浏览体验。另外在固件、核心、应用方面也都有了改进，而且据称它是最适合普通用户使用的OS。 Raspbian附带有35000多个软件包或预编译软件，它们按优美的格式打包从而便于在Raspberry Pi上安装。该发行的首个创建完成于2012年6月，但它获得了持续活跃的开发，并且重点在于提高尽可能多的Debian软件包的稳定性及性能。虽然Debian为arm架构提供了一份发行，但是它只兼容Raspberry Pi上之后的版本（即ARMv7-A中央处理器及更高版本，相比于Raspberry Pi的ARMv6中央处理器）。
